Proof of current vaccinations records is required before enrolling in a class. As vaccinations are updated, please provide us with those updates. Records can be uploaded directly to your profile by you or you can bring us a copy of these records. We require proof of Rabies and DHPP/DAPP. Bordatella (vaccination for kennel cough) is required but you have the option to sign a waiver if you choose not to have your dog vaccinated. Puppies must be vaccinated per their age requirements. A positive Titer Test is acceptable in lieu of DHPP/DAPP (titer is not acceptable for Rabies as that is the law). Your dog may not attend class without proof of vaccinations.
Group classes, gym rentals, evaluations, private training and meetups require 24 hour cancellation notification. Late cancellations will be charged full price.
Private parties require seven days cancellation notification for a full refund. Less than 7 days notification of cancellation will qualify for a 50% refund and there is no refund for less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Products: If you are unhappy in any way with your product purchase you may exchange or return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be new & unused, in unopened packaging with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Defective merchandise may be returned if accompanied by original receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Please note that no toy is truly indestructible!
Services: All unused group class single sessions or class packs, evaluations, meetups, private training single sessions or packages may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Remaining sessions of packages will be refunded on a prorated basis with a $35 administrative fee only if one session has been attended otherwise an additional $40 will be charged for a group class or $85 for a private training session. Please note no refund will be provided after original expiration date.
Multi-day Workshops (Call Me and Loose Leash Walking) qualify for a full refund if we are notified 2 weeks in advance or more. Notification and cancellation between 1 and 2 weeks in advance qualifies for a 50% refund and less than 1 week in advance does not qualify for a refund.
Expiration of Services: Please note that all of our training services have expiration dates and no refund will be provided if the services have expired. Expiration dates are printed on your receipt at the time of purchase. If you are uncertain about when your services expire, please ask! Extensions can be purchased if class pack has not expired for a fee of $25 and the extension timeframe will be based on the number of classes remaining. One week extension per every class remaining will be provided.
